Ridgeway Nursery School was established in 1966 to provide a quality pre-school program in the Ridgeway Church community. The school’s program represents a witness of our church. We hope to provide a warm, caring environment that serves students from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs. We strive to meet the needs of each student enrolled.

Classes offered

The class schedule is as follows:

Preschool: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 11:30am

The new preschool class will be designed for older two year olds through three year olds. There will be an emphasis on social interaction and learning through play.

AM Pre-K: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:00 to 11:30am

PM Pre-K: Monday through Friday afternoons from 12:30 to 3:00pm

Both Pre-K classes are designed to help children learn the skills necessary to succeed in Kindergarten, while keeping in mind the importance of learning through play. We have worked hard to design a curriculum that meets the PA Department of Education's Standards Aligned System for Prekindergarten. The afternoon class will feature an expanded curriculum.

Families interested in observing our program may feel free to stop by any morning. Currently Preschool meets Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pre-K meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

2012-13 Tuition

Preschool (2 mornings per week) - $95 per month

AM PreK (3 mornings per week) - $110 per month

PM PreK (5 afternoons per week) - $145 per month

There is a $35 registration fee.
